Washington Post caught fixing the "facts" around the story

Reuters reports the discovery of a factory in Iraq that produced "explosively formed penetrators" (EFPs).

The Washington Post removes the fact from it's version of the story, inserts Bush administration propaganda blaming Iran for supplying EFPs:

One of the bombs was an explosively formed projectile, a particularly deadly type of device which Washington accuses Iran of supplying Iraqi militants.
